Modern Single-Family Home

I'm looking to hire an experienced architect and builder for a new construction project. The goal is to design and build a modern-style single-family home.
I am leaning towards buying online plans with some modification and gave the plan certified by Effort , Monroe county, PA. Design sample attached.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Experience in single-family home construction
- Ability to manage the project from design through to completion
-Must be able to have plan certified by town/ county.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Architectural degree and relevant certifications
- Proven portfolio of modern home designs
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
