Modern Roof Villa Architectural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an architect with expertise in modern residential design for a roof villa space. The project entails creating a residential area on a rooftop that incorporates:
- A guest reception room
- A bathroom and external sinks
- A storage warehouse
- A laundry room
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of modern designs and experience with rooftop spaces.
Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure the project meets my vision and requirements.
The design takes into account the presence of upper windows "skylight" and the design materials are made of cement board and light iron.
And the electrical, sanitary and water design.
Architectural files for the design of the area according to the dotted line in Drawing 1
Lighting and electricity distributions in all designed rooms
Sewage and water supply distributions.
Payment is made according to delivery in four stages
