I'm looking for an experienced interior designer to work on my new residential property. The design style I'm interested in is Modern and I'd like to focus on the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coming up with a cohesive design concept for the entire space that aligns with my vision of a modern residential interior.
- Providing detailed design plans and layout suggestions for each of the key rooms: living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
- Making use of innovative furniture, color, and lighting choices to create a modern and comfortable living space.
- Sourcing and recommending specific items and materials that will bring the design to life.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a demonstrated portfolio of modern interior design work, preferably in residential spaces.
- Be able to understand and translate my vision for a modern interior into a concrete design plan.
- Have excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail.
- Be able to work within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
