I’m looking for an architect or designer to create concept floor plans for a G+2 residential building in India. Plot size 36x30ft
Details:
• Each floor to include 2 or 3-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms
• Include staircase and lift access
• Plans should follow general Vaastu principles and basic Bangalore building norms
• Concept stage only (no detailed drawings needed yet)
