I need a professional architect to create plans for a modern style residential building.
16 feet wide, 26 feet long on a monolithic slab 2 x 4 wall construction with a monolithic roof covered with world roofing to be first 4 foot off the ground, stucco the remaining T11 siding
This building needs to meet RBC codes for 2018
The design should incorporate a variety of mixed materials and textures.
