I'm seeking a skilled architect with a modern renovation design focus to help create a unique residential building. Current home is single story, with 3-Bedrooms/1-Bathroom. The intent is to expand the home into a single story with 5-bedrooms/3-Bathrooms. Each bedroom shall be 90 sqft in overall size.
