I need a detailed design and floor plan for a 72 square meter modern prefabricated house. The house will be one floor and include:
- 2 Bedrooms
- 2 Bathrooms
- Kitchen
- Living Room

We already have a clear idea of what we want; we just need you to help us put it into practice.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in designing modern floor plans, especially for prefabricated houses
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific requirements
- Prior work with 72 square meter layouts or similar
