I'm seeking a creative and experienced designer to conceptualize a modern office layout for a 54sqm space with a stunning sea view. The design will feature clear glass partitions, dividing the area into two distinct sections: one for employees and the other for the manager.

Requirements:
- Employees Side:
- 4 desks
- Cabinets
- Coffee corner with fridge
- Open space above

- Manager Side:
- Main desk + 2 guest chairs
- Coffee table + couch
- Console
- Cabinets

- The overall aesthetic should be modern, incorporating natural lighting where possible.
