Modern Multi-Level Single-Family Home Design
Budget: $40 – $100 USD
I need floor plans for a new single-family home, which has 3 levels over garage level and is 1600sf max.
The city allows me only 2 specific configurations for the size/shape of the house (S1 and S2).
I would like a functioning floor plan for both Schemes to decide on what works best.
In each scheme:
Level 0 is garage and house entrance with stairs going up to level 1.
Level 1 is for the living room, kitchen, a half bath, closets, shelves, maybe a laundry room (or should it be on level 2?)
Level 2 is for bedrooms and bathrooms. Hopefully three bedrooms can fit well.
Level 3 is for either an extra bedroom, or an extra living room to relax and enjoy the views. Needs a bathroom in either case.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in Modern Residential architecture
- Strong expertise in drafting floor plans
- Detailed understanding of spatial planning
Project Phases:
1. Initial Concept Discussion
- You'll be tasked with conceptualizing a modern style, multi-level, single-family home floor plan.
2. Drafting
- Followed by creating the draft version of the floor plan.
3. Revisions
- Based on my feedback, plans must be adjusted to perfection.
Please ensure you have relevant portfolio examples to showcase your skills and design aesthetic.
