Modern Multi-Family Home Design

I'm looking for a professional architect with experience in designing modern multi-family buildings. The project involves duplication of existing plans for a light steel framing project BUT modification of them to make the framing lumbar.

The plans must get a building permit in Apache Junction Arizona.

I must be given the plans in pdf and .dwg (or equivalent).

I have attached the light steel framing plans.
