Modern Minimalist Home Design
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm looking for an architect who can help transform my vision of a modern, minimalist single-family home into reality. Key aspects of this project include:
- A design that prioritizes open spaces. The living room, dining area and kitchen should be seamlessly interconnected, promoting fluidity and spaciousness.
- A design that embraces minimalism. Clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a 'less is more' aesthetic are preferred.
- An emphasis on natural light and energy efficiency. The design should incorporate large windows, skylights, and other features that allow for ample natural light, while also being mindful of sustainability and energy conservation.
The final deliverables will include detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations), as well as 3D renderings to help visualize the finished space.
Ideal candidates should have experience with minimalist design, and a strong portfolio of similar residential projects. Proficiency in architectural design software is a must, and experience with energy-efficient design will be a significant advantage.
