Modern Makeover for Residential Exteriors
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a professional to update the exteriors of my residential designs. The project involves modernizing the facade and roof to align with a sleek, contemporary style, all within the height limitations to satisfy local codes.
I am primarily seeking alternate exteriors which should include at least three renders (front and side and rear visualisations) and a copy of the existing DWG working file with an overlay of the new architectural exteriors and include in all internal dimensions of the existing floor with a minimum of 3 lined dimensions of each section of the floor plan.
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in modern architectural design, preferred licenced architect
- Experience in residential exterior renovations
- Strong understanding of facade and roofing elements

- Your estimated timeline and budget
