Modern Italian Cafe Design

I am seeking an experienced designer or architect to help design my new cafe, which will serve Italian cuisine including Pasta dishes, Pizzas, and Gelato.
The design should focus on creating a modern and trendy atmosphere. Specific features should include:
-Seating plan for 6 to 8 customers: I am looking to carve intimate spaces for our guests within a small space. Your design should maximize seated customer capacity without compromising comfort or style.
- Food display area: As we are a cafe focusing on Italian cuisine, your design should incorporate an attractive, clean and organized area to prominently showcase our fresh pasta dishes, pizzas, and gelatos.
Ideal candidates for this job:
- Have experience designing dining spaces, preferably cafés
- Understand current design trends in cafe interiors
- Have a working knowledge of health and safety design requirements for food-service establishments.
