Modern Interior & Garden Landscape Design -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced designer to create a harmonious modern interior and a clean garden landscape for my home. The project focuses on both the interior and the exterior, specifically the garden aspect of the landscape.
Key Requirements:
1. Consult with us for key themes and design wishes;
2. Provide preliminary concepts - 2-3 options / draft design ideas;
3. Provide final visualizations of each room and garden + rough sketches for tradespeople
House:
- A modern style for the interior design: Clean lines, minimalistic aesthetics, and functional spaces.
- Our townhouse is small, but with lots of great light. We do not want it to feel claustrophobic.
- Our backgrounds or Asian, South-East Asian, and we enjoy Japandi styling.
- Total 6 room areas (3 bedrooms, 1 dining, 1 living, 1 rumpus)
Garden:
- A simple backyard with grass, a focus on two options: (1) a simple backyard with neat hedging for privacy and (2) levelling of the grass and a lap pool.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in modern interior design
- Landscape design expertise, particularly in garden creation
- Strong understanding of functional and aesthetic design principles
- Excellent communication skills to understand and translate my vision into reality.
- Ability to provide basic technical drawings for carpenters and joiners.
Happy to work on a milestone basis and agree fees for concept and final designs. Would expect the concept stage to allow for multiple ideas before narrowing in on one set of final designs.
