Modern House Plan Design Needed

I am seeking a qualified freelancer to create a modern style house plan. This design will be used primarily for construction purposes. The house must feature two bedrooms. Ideally, you'll have experience in architectural design, especially with modern home structures. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) is required and knowledge of modern architectural trends is a plus. Please provide samples of your previous related work when bidding.
