I am in need of a creative and competent freelancer who can draw a modern styled house plan just by using the reference pictures I provide. The aim of these plans is to aid in the construction of a modern property.
Strong attention to detail will be critical as there aren't any specific dimensions provided. In essence, the plans should be proportional to an average modern home, utilizing the reference images as a principal guide. Ideally, the freelancer should have:
