Modern Home Renovation Plans-
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like detailed architectural renovation floor plans for an entire home, incorporating current structural walls so we can keep the existing roof and using the area that is currently a covered terrace by raising the floor so it flows seamlessly from the main area of the home.
Requirements:
- Provide a minimum of 3 unique options for a complete redesign of entire home.
Must have:
- large kitchen - prefer access to exterior attached covered/screened in terrace (please sketch this separately so we can evaluate the transition from main home to this area)
- We require a minimum of 2 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, with one being a Master bedroom with full bathroom/dual vanity, and walk in closet with stackable laundry incorporated into the closet or the master bathroom.
- Cozy living room, not necessarily a large living room (design TV to be behind a false/sliding wall) *I do not like the TV to be the focal point.
-The 2nd bathroom must double as a guest bathroom so it cannot be ensuite
- Use existing digital blueprints as a base. Red Lines and walls are structural. Blue are existing non load baring walls
- Coastal Modern style is desired with minimalist approach.
- We live in a tropical climate and would like the porch terrace to be screened in with overhead fans. The size of the terrace is to be the width of the home (12m x 4.8m deep approx).
- pool will be off of the terrace so this must be drawn into the plan as well so we can determine appropriate transitions
- if it is possible to incorporate the workout space into the covered terrace, that would be nice to have because we think the house may not be large enough to remain a 3 bedroom once we obtain the kitchen we hope for

we use AC non stop due to tropical climate so incorporating Solar would be a good idea to assist on the cost of electricity
