#### **Scope of Work:**

- Proper placement of furniture in **living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and toilets**.
- Space optimization with a modern, aesthetic approach.
2️⃣ **3D Interior Design & Rendering:**
- Realistic **3D views** for the **living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas**.
- Proper lighting, color selection, and material finishes.
- Detailed **kitchen design** with modular storage solutions.
3️⃣ **3D Exterior Elevation & Visualization:**
- Modern and **visually appealing elevation** with textures, materials, and lighting.
- Different **angles & perspectives** (day & night views).
- **Landscaping** (if required) – garden, driveway, exterior lighting, etc.
4️⃣ **Material & Finish Suggestions:**
- Best materials for **flooring, walls, ceiling, and furniture**.
- Recommendations for **paint, wood, tiles, and fittings**.
- Modern **false ceiling designs** for better aesthetics.
#### **Requirements:**
✅ Proficiency in ** SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or Blender**.
✅ Prior experience in **modern home 3D rendering and design**.
✅ Deliverables in **high-quality images, CAD files, and walkthrough animation (optional)**.
✅ Ability to suggest **cost-effective yet elegant materials**.
