Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking to build two contemporary, modern-style homes in Ghana, West Africa, and need a talented architect or designer to help with the design concept, blueprints, and plans for a successful build.
Specifications:
- House 1: A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with a size range of 2200-3000 sqft.
- House 2: A larger, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home (featuring one jack-and-jill, one master, and one standard bathroom), with a size range of 2500-3500 sqft.
Design Preferences:
- I prefer a contemporary, modern style, with a combination of both open floor plans and separate rooms for the living spaces.
- An outdoor living space is a must-have in the design.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing modern, contemporary homes.
