Modern Guest Bathroom Extension Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone to create detailed architectural plans for a small bathroom extension off the back of my house. This will be a guest bathroom, and the plans are for my personal reference during construction — not for submission to a building department or permitting process.
That said, I would like the design to be generally aligned with New York building code standards, but perfection to code is not required. Practicality and clarity for self-construction are the priorities.

Design a small bathroom layout (toilet, sink, shower)
Integrate with existing house layout (I'll provide dimensions + current floor plan)
Produce a basic architectural drawing with labeled measurements
Ensure layout is structurally realistic and functionally efficient
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Experience designing bathroom extensions or renovations
Background in architectural drafting or residential design
Familiarity with basic building code considerations (especially New York)
Understanding of structural and mechanical aspects (e.g., plumbing paths, framing)
