Desiring a unique appeal for my first home, I require a floor plan that captures the essence of modern Gothic architecture. The final design should be a fusion of timeless gothic elements with modern-day flair.

Key Project Specifications:

-*2 story home with space for a future elevator or lift.
- Design Type: The project focuses on creating a residential Construction Floor Plan with 8 in. concrete exterior walls. Total square feet NOT to exceed 1400sf.
- Interior wall will be using concrete blocks 4"W x 6"L
- *Prefer Monolithic slab 1-2ft above ground level

- Style: The design preference leans towards a modern Gothic style, combining sophisticated elements of Gothic architecture with modern design subtleties, open floor.
- Room Count: The floor plan should incorporate 2 bedrooms, 1 master bath with Walk-in shower, double sink and NO tub, 2nd bath with shower, master walk-in closet, 1 office/man cave, 2 car garage with storage, workshop and tech area. Laundry, pantry maybe 4x4, kitchen with island and small closet.

***This home is planned to be built in Puerto Rico; must have reenforced columns between 6-7ft
***If possible, have all roof made of concrete and drainage intergraded within the exterior walls.
