Modern Floorplan Redesign
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a skilled designer to rework the layout of my current floorplan as per Indian Vastu. I'm aiming for a modern style and open living space with lots of light without changing the facade. This is an acreage house design. Some requirement:
-The house entry should be facing the east.
-DO not change the current lounge room position.
-The master bedroom should be in the south-west quadrant
-The prayer room in the north-east
-The kids bedroom- bed 2, bed 3, bed 4 should be in the north-west / west quadrant.
-No bathroom/ toilet in the north east quadrant.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in floorplan redesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern designs
- Ability to visualize and suggest innovative space solutions
- Knowledge of current design trends and materials
