Modern Farmhouse SIP House Plans
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for an architect or designer with experience in creating Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) house plans. The project is for a residential use, specifically a 4-bedroom modern farmhouse.
Key Requirements:
- Design plans for a 4-bedroom modern farmhouse using SIP
- Understand and implement modern farmhouse architectural elements
- Knowledge of SIP construction benefits and methods
- Provide comprehensive, buildable plans and specifications
- Previous experience with residential SIP house plans is a plus
- plans should be fully engineered ready to apply for building permit with a site overlay
- experience with well and septic design also a bonus as this will be needed.
