Modern Eco-Friendly Home Build

I'm looking for an experienced architect or home builder to help me bring my vision of a modern-styled home to life.

I need an estimate to design a full set of architectural plans consisting of
1. Site plan
2. Proposed floor plan
3. Interior and exterior elevation
4. We will handle the title 24 page. You will need to create this in the table of contents and package it.
5. Details sheets
6. Table of contents you will need to add all structural drawings that we will provide to you for submittal.
I need you to create a boiler plate template with our company information on it not yours
7. This will need to be designed in Revit only
8. I would like to see a cut sections page of side cross cut throughout building at different angles
9. Electrical plan
10. Plumbing plan
12. Roofing plan schedule title 24 compliant for California codes
13. 2022 California building code comply, Aunt

We will be designing a two-story building approximately 60’ x 35 The first floor will have a restroom with a wide open field with a commercial style kitchen

The second story will be a two bedroom two bathroom unit with kitchen and living room

We will have an exterior staircase to enter the second story. The second story will have a wraparound deck
