• 1 Guest Bathroom
• 1 Living Room (with space for indoor stairs leading to the upper floor)
• Upper Floor:

• 1 Dining Room
• 1 Guest Bathroom
• 1 Sitting Area (next to the terrace)
• 1 Terrace
Staircase Placement
• The indoor staircase should be located in the living room on the lower floor and should lead to the sitting area or entrance area on the upper floor.
Deliverables
• Architectural floor plans with clear dimensions
