Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello, I'm looking for an architect to do the following:
1. Develop modern design concepts for renovation of several residential buildings in Pittsburgh, PA.
2. The buildings are single family and multi family apartment buildings that will be converted to single family.
3. It is important to integrate garages into the structures
4. A Pittsburgh based architect is preferred, but not necessary
5. The scope will include design conceptualization, development of permit drawings and development of construction drawings and construction details. It will also include development of all contractor work packages.
