Modern 2-3 Bedroom House Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a professional architect or designer to create detailed engineered house plans for a modern-style home. The specifications for the house are:
- Style: Contemporary with very large wall of windows on the backside throughout - must be structurally sound with large windows maximizing views
- Bedrooms: 2-3, bathrooms 2
- open layout for kitchen and great room
- Foundation: Designed to be built on a basement
- tie in a cathedral vaulted ceiling over the main great room part of the house with a shed row over the left side/master bedroom side
- willing to pay appropriately for the correct set of prints that are certified engineered safe. Quote starts for basic renditions for floor plans
Attaching very rough sketches for the basic idea, to be modified a bit.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in designing modern homes and be well-versed with creating plans for basements. Please include examples of your previous work with modern house plans in your proposal.
