Modern 2-Bedroom Home Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a simple architectural house plan for a single-family, 2-bedroom home, to be built inside an existing shed. This will not need to be approved by council, though will still need to be built to standard.
I have attached a very basic plan that I would like. This is not drawn to scale and I would be happy for any suggestions. The size of the internal shed is 10mx15m (with a standard ceiling height)
Key Requirements:
- 2 spacious bedrooms
- Open-concept living areas
- Main bedroom will need to have disabled access for possible wheelchair in the future.
- Detailed floor plans and elevations
- Compliance with local building codes in Victoria, Australia
