Modern 2-Bedroom Cabin Design & Approval
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of an Australian experienced architect, with a modern sense of design and knowledge of building regulations for holiday cabins. Local council of Mid Murray on Murray River SA region.
I will need help with council approvals.
Your task will be to design a small (1-2 bedrooms) cabin on piers with the following features:
- Modern architectural style
- Two bedrooms with about 80m2
- An open plan living area
- Outdoor decking
- River view windows at rear
Understanding of council approvals is essential. Experience in similar projects will be highly regarded. The goal is to create a minimalistic, yet comfortable and functional holiday cabin that blends with the surrounding nature and allows for stunning river views. Please be sure to include any past similar cabin project examples in your proposal.
