Modern Balconies SketchUp on Residential Building
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced SketchUp professional to create a detailed model of modern balconies on a residential flat building.
Key requirements:
- Use of detailed textures in the SketchUp model
- Adherence to a modern design style for the balconies
I have provided pictures of the building (Sierra), markup plans of the proposed balcony extensions and elevations in hard copy. You will need to translate these into a digital SketchUp model, add the balconies and then place render on the building (as per the image provided of Sandgate) and then add balconies. There are 2 elevations this needs to be undertaken for.The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
- Proven experience with SketchUp
- A strong understanding of modern design principles
- Ability to work from hard copy architectural plans
- Attention to detail, particularly with the use of textures.
