Modern Architecture Plans for House Extension
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled architect to create plans for a contemporary house extension. The extension should accommodate a den, a mudroom, and a guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. The second floor should include a bedroom (maybe even 2) and bathroom. We are looking to remove the existing family room and have the new den adjacent to the kitchen, and the mudroom in the front of the house with the bedroom/bathroom in between the mudroom and the new den.
