Modern Architecture Design: Weekend Villa + Farm House Community project

I am looking for a talented architect with a solid grasp of modern design principles to create a Conceptual Masterplan for my 5-acre Weekend Farm House Community project, including Bill of Quantities. This project includes weekend farmhouses each on 1000 square yards with identical design & layout.

Below are 5 deliverables for this project :

1. Conceptual masterplan of 5 acres with farmhouses of 1000 sq. yd each including layout, roads, landscaping and incorporate all the features of the community.
2. Conceptual masterplan of one weekend farmhouse, which will be on 1000 square yards, including landscaping, pool, parking area, and incorporate all the features of the farmhouse.
All the other farmhouses will have identical design & layout.
3. BOQ and complete project costing details in excel with accurate mapping of market prices.
4. Photorealistic 3D renders that can translate my architectural visions into tangible visuals as I would like to see the project brought to life in photorealistic 3D renders.
5. Innovative Design themes to select from.
