I am looking for a modern architectural design for a G + 2 apartment building. The overall area is 1000 sqft with dimensions of 20 * 50. The building will consist of individual apartments on each floor. South Facing land. so door should be planned to make east
Key Requirements:
- Each apartment should contain a living room and kitchen, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.
- The design should incorporate large windows for natural light and ventilation.
- Balconies are also a must.
Single Flat for each floor ( 2 bhk)
only 3rd floor will be 3 bhk with duplex style connected with terrace.
Building should have lift and tilt with car park
on top - need options for terrace gardens and sitting area .
1 st & 2nd floor units should have there balcony space for there use.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have:
