"I would like to request a quotation for creating architectural plans for a three-story building on a 190m² ( Frontage: 9.5m, depth: 20m )piece of land. The building should include the following:
1. Ground Floor: An open space intended for a car maintenance workshop, with a small office and bathroom.
2. Second Floor: A standard house with a separate entrance from the workshop, equipped with a small personal elevator and staircase. It should comprise a master bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, a children's room, a reception room, and ideally a small office. The kitchen should be open-plan with a relatively large size and have a small pantry if possible.
3. Third Floor: Two separate rental apartments.
Note: The building will be constructed using reinforced concrete structures. Utilizing the setback area opposite the building, the dimensions of the first and second floors can be adjusted to 9.5m x 21m.
