I'm seeking an experienced architect or urban planner to design a gated community on a 10-acre site. This community will serve a mixed-use purpose, incorporating both residential and retail elements.
Key Design Components:
- Residential Homes: The plan should include a variety of 10 single story homes with back courtyards to cater to different demographics and for disability access.
- General Store: Strategically located at the back of the community, this shop should promote walkability, also for people with disability and convenience.
Amenities:
- Parks and Recreation Areas: Green spaces are vital for community interaction and leisure.
- A Community Center: At the front of the property so that visitors need to enter there first.This should serve as a hub for social activities.
- A Cafe/Restaurant: A place for residents to gather, dine, and socialise in the middle of the community surrounded by landscaped gardens.
