Mixed Use Development Site Plan -- 2

I'm looking for a site plan for a potential 50-acre mixed use development. I'm just looking for an idea of what the layout could possibly be. I don't have building dimensions but this does not necessarily have to be drawn to scale, and I do have some two layout suggestions for the property (see attached images: "Site Map Concept 1.2" and "Site Map Concept 2"). I do need someone to design the area where the attached townhomes (25' x 50' each) will go. I would like as many as possible in a small community style setting. I also attached a sample of the quality I'd like in the finished product (see image "Site Plan Sample2). A blank plat is attached along with an aerial photo of the site.
