Mixed Use Development Site Plan

I'm looking for a site plan concept for a 47-acre piece of property in Sumter, SC that I'm considering purchasing for a mixed-use development. This is my first time doing this and I'm looking for something...anything (LOL) to present to my family just to spark their interest. I would like:

(1) restaurant building - 80' x 80'
(1) restaurant building - 80' x 95'
(1) big box retail space - 250' x 400'
(1) hotel - 75' x 200'
(1) movie theatre - 150' x 150' OR 150' x 200' (whichever fits best)
(1) multi-purpose building - 100' x 75'

I would also like as many townhomes as possible that would be 25' x 50' and mixed use multi-family buildings that would have retail on the first floor and 3 floors of multi-family units above. I don't have building dimensions for the multi-family buildings or a potential layout for the property but I do have some photos of a larger development; Avalon, in Alpharetta, GA that I think will be inspiration for the project if we do purchase it. I know a good bit of parking will be needed but I'll leave placement up to the professionals! Surface and/or parking decks are fine. If necessary I can put together a rough sketch of a possible layout as a starting point. I also have attached a plat map for the property and a photo showing the outline of the property.
