Minor Residential Renovation Planning
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Being a homeowner planning minor renovations, I'm in need of a competent individual to create basic plans for a council Development Application. Your task would be to put my ideas into plans that adhere to council codes and requirements.
Expected skills and experience:
• Background in architecture, drafting or related field
• Familiarity with council DA process
• Understanding of residential renovation regulations
Though the project is not for a large-scale development, accuracy and attention to details are still vital given it involves legislative aspects. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping my minor renovation become a successful endeavour.

I want to repurpose my existing garage to a home office, by replacing the roller door with a glass sliding door. I then want to put an aluminium carport over the driveway.
Even though this is super basic- council are bing dicks and won’t accept my DIY drawings. So need something that hits the mark a bit better.
Note- the new drawings will need to be compliant with NSW Planning Regulations.
