Need a home design for a 209'x104' lot. Home needs to be no more than 2800 sq ft,. Setbacks are 35' in front, 25' in back and 10' on sides. Requires a minimum 6' covered porch for entrance oriented towards the 209' side. Goal is 4 bedrooms, 3 car garage, 2 floors, with a at least one BR upstairs with a bonus room option for later finish. 10ft ceiling in main level, 9' in upper level. Prefer updated design - modern farmhouse or ranch style. Lot is fairly level, drops about 3 feet right to left, the primary building area. Hoping to place the home towards the right hand side and allow left hand side for a pool. As FYI, I selected "Large Project" as the job category, which is subject to interpretation given the little detail provided to explain the category.
