I’m an aspiring construction manager with a solid architectural foundation and a clear goal: to run residential new-build projects that showcase a clean, modern aesthetic. What I need now is a seasoned professional who has already walked this path and can accelerate my learning curve.
Here’s what I’m hoping we can achieve together:
• Map out the full life-cycle of a modern residential new build—from feasibility studies and permitting through hand-over—so I can see exactly how design intent is protected while schedules, budgets and subcontractors stay on track.
• Share real-world templates (Gantt schedules, cost plans, RFIs, submittal logs, etc.) and walk me through how you actually use them day-to-day in tools such as Procore, MS Project, Revit or comparable platforms.
• Hold focused coaching sessions (video is fine) where we dissect one live or past project, highlighting crucial decision points unique to contemporary design—think open-plan spans, energy-efficient envelopes and cutting-edge finishes.
• Leave me with an actionable playbook I can reference on my first site: key checklists, risk-mitigation tactics, and the red flags to watch for when balancing architectural vision against practical buildability.
