Medium-sized ADU Fine-Grade & Drainage
Budget: $10 – $2,000 USD
I'm looking for an experienced contractor for the fine grading and drainage of my medium-sized Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU, 504 sq ft). My project involves a mostly flat landscape.
The city asked for the following:
A Fine Grade & Drainage Plan and Subsequent Fine Grade & Drainage permit is required for Engineering Department clearance. ***
Please complete and submit the following:
Fine Grade and Drainage application (attached)
Water quality checklist (attached) Specify how projects meets the stormwater permit (i.e., Site Design and Source Control).
Scaled site plan should including the following:
Flowline elevations, at high points, adjacent to structure’s corners, at media changes (e.g. grass to concrete and vice versa), at grate inlets, at street gutter flowline, etc.
Provide percent grades between flowline elevations. Percent grades shall be equal to or greater than 1%
