Mediterranean G+1 House Design in Dubai
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a comprehensive architectural and interior design solution for a G+1 Mediterranean-style house on a 900 m² plot in Dubai, with a 65% Gross Floor Area (GFA). The project should also include Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (EMP) design and landscaping.
I also.have 5 grown kids are above 24 year of age and they are getting married soon and they are living with me ,therefor I am looking for 7 suites 2 in the ground floors for me and a gust room and 5 suites for my kids at the frist floors where they have their own sleeping, cooking facility, living and bathroom
Also a common living room is recommended at the first floor .
Ground floor should have a courtyard and a separated entrance for maids room and kitchen.
Please feel free to include a smart and green feature, the land is located at Jable Ali Hills
I want you to act as an architecture and interior designer and supply me with a 2d floor plan flow with dimensions for my family villa. The total land area is 30 meters by 30 meters around 900 meters and consists of
550 meters landscaped open area where a garage for 4 cars, pool, garden, and BBQ area will be located as well.
A ground floor with a bulit up area of 350 meters where a common area for living and reception area,dining room, courtyard and guest bathroom should be included. as well as my own suite plus a guest room .
the ground floor should also have a maid room and kitchen with separate entrance
the first floor is 400 meters built up area and no balcony. which will host my 5 grown children of age 24 and above, and they are getting married soon, and they should have their own privacy, as well as their suites should include, sleeping, living, cooking areas with private bathroom. in addition, a small common living area should also be added to the first floor.
A roof of 400 meters, where a roof garden ,jacuzzi ,and BBQ area, store, and bathroom should be included.
I have 5 children, all are above 24 years old and are going to live with me and getting married soon .
please also feel free to add the suitable smart home and green home features
for the external design, I would prefer a mix of Andalusia ,or Spanish Mediterranean, and Moroccan mix style .
also, please feel free to supply me with sketch drawings with dimensions for each section or floor separately
I would like to mention that this villa will be in Dubai, where summer temperatures are 45 c from May to November and around 25 c the rest of the year,
please give recommendations for a very bright layout and wall design and materials for sound and heat proves
also I would like you to recommend fruit and all year round flower trees which are suitable for Dubai weather
