Material Calculation for Construction Project

I'm looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented quantity surveyor to help me with a Bill of Quantities for my upcoming construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a thorough and accurate material calculation for a Stilt + 3 + Terrace Floor construction project.
- Include RCC, Steel, Internal & External Plastering, Facade works, Tiling, Painting, lighting, and False Ceiling.
- The project is currently in the planning stage, so your expertise and precision in material calculation is essential for the next steps.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in material calculation for construction projects INDIA RELEVANT EXPERIENCE ONLY
- In-depth knowledge of different construction materials including Cement, Steel reinforcement, Bricks, Sand, Paint, Tile, and False Ceiling.
- Ability to work meticulously and provide accurate calculations to ensure a smooth construction process.
- Proficiency in handling construction cost estimation software will be an added advantage.
