Make a rough architectural plan

Hello, I need a rough architectural plan for presentation purposes.
It's just to show how a modern house would look like from the outside.
The dimensions of the house would be inside a 20m x 23m lot area.
The total floor area of the house should be 300 sq.m. in total with a 2 car garage.
The house should have 5 bedrooms with 4 toilets and bath. One of the bathrooms can be toilet only with no bath depending on your suggestion. It should have a dining and living area.
No need for detailed dimensions but the outside dimensions of the floor plan should be there.
Outside dimensions of the house could be 7-10m x 10m (Length x width).
