Make a landscaping plan for my house

I am looking for someone to create a landscaping plan for my house. My outdoor space is a large one, greater than 1000 square feet in size, and I have no particular plants or features in mind. I am open to suggestions for what would work best in the space. I am not sure yet if I require a maintenance plan for the landscaped area, so I would need someone who could provide further guidance on this aspect. Thank you!
