MEP Plans for Motel in Florida

I purchased a motel in Florida. I have stamped plans from an architect. I would like to create a set of MEP plans to provide to tradesmen and to the municipality for the permit. We are converting all the standard rooms (120) into one bedroom suites by combining two rooms. I would like to complete this as quickly as possible.
