MEP Architectural Engineering Building Design and Plans

I am looking for a someone or a team of individuals that can put together a set of plans, drawings and details for a new construction building in the United States. This is not a residential building it is an office, kitchen and sales building that will be constructed using a silo. I am looking for someone to take my layout drawings and concepts and develop them to a full set of construction drawings so that they can be quoted and then constructed. I have included some background and a scope of work with conceptual exterior and interior finishes.
