Seeking skilled Designer with Civil Engineering and Architectural Design background to prepare a colored Conceptual Site Plan Drawing for a hillside luxury Country Club and Resort & Spa based on a recent Boundary survey with detailed contour information.
I am seeking a skilled individual who can analyze the survey contours and prepare a conceptual layout for placement of the Clubhouse, Spa, Swimming Pools with poolside cabanas, narrow Canal with gondolas, water features, gardens, restaurants, elaborate Entrances, Wedding Chapel area, small Winery, Pickleball Courts, Conference Rooms, and other luxury features including attached Bungalow units and detached Villa homes Lots(25’ to 35’ wide) and up to FIFTY (50) Single Family Lots for private residences 40’ to 70’ wide.
The Bungalows and Villas will be similar in type to those at Pelican Hill Resort in New Port Beach, California.
I need a high impact colored Conceptual Layout to show City Planners and potential investment partners the properties potential, and how the site could be developed notwithstanding the steep slopes.
The property overlooks the City Of Los Angeles in the distance below, and has incredible views out to the Pacific Ocean as well as panoramic hillside and Canyon views featuring Mega mansions in Bel Air area of Los Angeles.
You will need to create an AutoCAD drawing file from a recent Boundary Survey with contours given that I DO NOT possess the Survey CAD drawing file.
Seeking high impact 2D and 3D Conceptual drawing based on the property’s actual contours and topography as reflected on the Boundary Survey and other online data basis. A more accurate and detailed drawing can be prepared as the project moves forward.
