Looking for a two-story home extension

I am looking to extend the house over the existing driveway to make a second, large living space downstairs as well as open/enlarge the kitchen/breakfast room. Upstairs would extend two bedrooms (the one at the rear of the house to have an en-suite by utilizing the current bathtub room) and the room at the front to have the existing space made into cupboards and a hallway to a new door and room; the existing water closet to be extended and made into a full family bathroom with shower & tub. The current shower closet would be removed and a washer/dryer utility area will fill the two cupboard spaces in the hallway (closing the current access to the shower closet).
