Looking for architect to do site test fits, unit sizes, demonstrable unit plan for graduate/ faculty housing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are real estate developers in the early stage of due diligence on a land parcel in the United States near a University. Local zoning knowledge not required.
We will share site and survey post NDA with consultant agreement.
Project requirements are:
Initial sketches of site fit for approval (150 units) . Can be by hand or digital.
Matrix with unit sizes, amenity, parking, etc.
Develeop demonstrable unit plan.
